“Holiday” OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO by The Velveteen Band, off of their upcoming new album, “What’s on the Other Side?”, to be self released world wide on September 30th, 2017. Please come celebrate our album release party at Discovery Ventura on September 30th!
Written, Directed, and Edited by Aurelio Ocampa and company at Red Sky Productions (with some help from our own Manager Dan), we would like to thank everyone for coming out and participating!
Carl B. Soto, Black Box Analog Design, DW Drums, La Dolce Vita Restaurant in Oxnard, San Diego L.O.S.E.R.S., Kelsey Newman, Jessica Potts-Mee, Nate Martin, Aurelio Ocampo, we couldn’t have done it without you!!!
Well, here’s a clip from Doc’s most recent performance with us, at Oxnard SteampunkFest.
(We’re still stoked, and deeply honored, that he joined us there!)
We’re looking forward to seeing Doc Phineas again at Steamathon 3 in 2018, and hopefully few time between now and then! Mean while, keep eye out for Doc’s appearances, on Pawn Stars, and maybe a few other places.
We’re super excited to finally play at Discovery in Ventura, this Friday, January 27th! We’re joined by our friends Once a Wolf, and Mad Max themed AHTCK. The show starts at 7, but come early for dinner and bowling!
(This show is all ages, but the Velveteen Band doesn’t start until 9pm, if bed times are a concern)
Joyous tidings to one and all! From each of us to all of you, we hope you’re surrounded by love and support this holiday season. (Also, food. So much food!)
As Foe famously wished us two years ago, “Merry Christmas. Happy Kwanzaa. Happy Hanukkah. Happy New Year. Whatever. Happy. Hope you’re all dead soon.” (Disregard that last part.)
The Ventura County Music Awards are back! We’ll be doing a brief showcase performance at the Greek in Ventura Harbor, on Thursday, July 21 2016. We play at 8pm, but it’s a small room — get there by 7 to ensure seating!
That’s 1583 Spinnaker Drive, suite 101, Ventura CA 93001
